Halloweekend
Itinerary
This is for the people who don’t just want somewhere to go on Halloween. They want community to be in it with them — kids included.
Friday Welcome Cocktail Party
We’ll open the weekend together with specialty drinks, costumes, and introductions. The beginning of a fantastical three days.
Saturday Night Witch’s Ball
The crown jewel of Halloweekend.
The Witch is throwing a circus. Step into one of Santa Barbara’s most spectacular nights of the year — live music, circus performers, dancing and games.
Saturday Trolley Adventure
We’ll meet at the Hilton, hop aboard together, and head out for a Santa Barbara adventure before returning to rest, reset, and get ready for the night.
Sunday Late-Morning Coffee Gathering
We all know one of the best part of a great party is swapping stories the next day. We’ll gather later in the morning for coffee, something delicious, and a chance to hear everything everyone saw, found, did, and somehow missed entirely.
-
Come knowing everyone, knowing no one, or somewhere in between! Dress outrageously. Stay out too late. Wake up and drink coffee with the people you met the night before.
Your Halloweekend pass includes admission to The Witch’s Ball at either the General Admission or VIP level you select. Lodging is not included. Please contact us to inquire about a room.
-
Friday Night- While the adults gather for cocktails, the kids will have their own supervised outdoor hang with our sitters — games, snacks, play, and plenty of Halloween energy. We’ll keep their setup nearby whenever possible so parents can still feel close while getting some grown-up time.
Saturday AM- Kids join the trolley adventure with their parents. There won’t be separate childcare during this portion of the day.
Saturday Afternoon- Because it’s Halloween, obviously the kids need a proper trick-or-treating moment! Depending on how many little witches and monsters join us, we’ll arrange transportation for a trick-or-treating adventure along Coast Village Road in Montecito — transformed into Ghost Village Road for Halloween.
Saturday Night- Halloween movies, snacks, games, and a comfortable place to wind down. We’ll create a setup where kids can play and eventually curl up to rest while parents enjoy the Witch’s Ball party.
Sunday AM- Kids are welcome to join the coffee gathering with their parents. There won’t be separate childcare during this portion.
Watch Your Magic Grow
A few extra moments designed for our VIP coven. Enhance your Witch’s Ball evening or entire Halloweekend with more hospitality, intimacy and a drink in hand (from your not so secret open bar).

The Witch’s Wardrobe
Nina Q is a Santa Barbara stylist, designer, and collector of extraordinary things.
Her downtown studio, The Story, is home to more than 1,000 hand-picked vintage pieces and accessories — a fashion library of eras, characters, textures, and possibilities.
For The Witch’s Wardrobe, Nina invites guests into that collection to find the version of themselves they want to become for the night. Come with an idea, or come with absolutely none. Try things on. Get strange. Let Nina see something in you you may not have thought to wear yourself.
Become someone else for the night.
