Guest Waiver, Release Form and Media Consent

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, attending, or participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

This is a 21+ immersive and interactive event taking place at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort. Each attendee must agree to this Guest Waiver, Release, and Media Consent. If I purchase or transfer a ticket for another person, I understand that the attendee using that ticket must also agree to these terms before attending the event.

The event may include performers, theatrical experiences, music, lighting effects, alcohol service, games, activations, installations, props, staging, seating, décor, and other event elements.

Participation in interactive, theatrical, playful, or physical guest activities is voluntary. I am responsible for deciding whether to participate based on my own condition, comfort, ability, and judgment. I understand that some event elements may involve physical movement or interaction, and I knowingly assume the risks of attending the event and participating in optional guest activities, including personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, or other harm.

Certain higher-risk performance elements may be present at the event, including performer-only activities such as aerial work, fire, water features, masks, costumes, or other specialty performance elements. These elements are for trained performers or authorized personnel only unless expressly opened to guests by event staff. I agree not to enter, use, touch, climb on, interfere with, or participate in any performer-only, staff-only, restricted, or unauthorized area, prop, installation, or activity.

I agree to follow all posted rules, verbal instructions, venue policies, safety guidance, and directions from event staff, performers, security, and venue personnel. I understand that I may be denied participation in an activity or removed from the event if I act unsafely, appear impaired, fail to follow instructions, enter restricted areas, interfere with performers or installations, or otherwise create a risk to myself or others. Alcohol will be served at the event. I agree not to participate in any activity if I am impaired or cannot do so safely.

I release and hold harmless the event producer, organizer, sponsors, vendors, performers, contractors, employees, agents, affiliates, and the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort from any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my attendance at the event, participation in event activities, use of event installations or equipment, consumption of alcohol, conduct of other guests, or any injury, loss, or damage I may experience, except to the extent caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other conduct that cannot legally be released.

I understand and agree that photography, video recording, audio recording, and other media capture may occur throughout the event. I consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded, and otherwise captured in connection with the event. I grant the event producer and its designees the right to use my name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, and participation in photographs, video, audio, social media content, promotional materials, advertising, marketing, press, websites, future event promotion, and related materials, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, approval, or compensation.
